STRATEGY

Strategy Sprints are the entry point for working with me directly. These two-week, application-only intensives are designed for leaders at a pivotal growth point who need to clarify priorities, sharpen strategic direction, and strengthen their authority over what they’re building. I offer two distinct tracks—one for organizational leaders and one for public figures—each run in an intimate setting that allows for depth and meaningful progress. The sprints are meant to establish alignment and momentum before any consideration of ongoing 1-on-1 support.

A Note on How I Work

My client-match process is selective because I know that time, attention, and resources are finite, especially for leaders building something new. My goal is to maximize impact on both sides and avoid wasting anyone’s time, including yours.

I don’t rent out my brain for incremental clarity or short-term fixes. Instead, I teach leaders how to think strategically for themselves—how to see the full system they’re building, make confident decisions, and steward their work with intention long after the sprint ends.

If you’re looking for someone to build your brand for you, I won’t be the right fit. If you’re ready to strengthen your own capacity to lead your brand, organization, or public work with creative gusto and executive presence, my programs may be suited for you.

Enrollment Process

Entry into my sprint cycles is application-based. Not being selected is not a rejection of your work—it simply means this may not be the right container right now. To keep my sprint groups extremely intimate, I use a 3-part review process.

  • You’ll start by completing a short, multiple-choice evaluation designed to assess preparedness and get an instant program-fit score. Those with a qualifying score will automatically be invited to apply.

  • Applicants will submit a brief list of information and materials for review.

  • 4-8 participants will be approved to enroll in the Sprint.

Applicants who are not selected may join the wait list and/or reapply for future groups.

  • Selected applicants will confirm their enrollment by paying the one-time tuition fee and submitting their virtual registration form, both due 10 days before the first scheduled session.

Sprint structure

Both the AUTHORSHiP and STEWARDSHiP tracks follow the same 2-week intensive format, each with its own tailored program that combines small group learning with 1-on-1 strategy sessions.
