who is

my work is guided by the conviction that

well-being is a shared practice, not a solo pursuit.

In a time when the mainstream wellness conversation centers on individual achievement, self-optimization, and the hero’s journey of “becoming your best self,” I aim to reintroduce what’s missing: the power of collective care. I believe that personal well-being and communal well-being are inseparable. The quality of our individual lives depends on the quality of the environments we create and sustain together.

Through my ventures as a strategist, storyteller, and creative producer, I design pathways toward both self-actualization and cooperative thriving, with approaches that are widely accessible, culturally grounded, and easily integrated into everyday life.

Over the past decade, I’ve built a multifaceted career that connects timeless hospitality, modern commerce, and forward-thinking cultural production. What began as a teenage fascination with storytelling and design evolved into a lifelong practice of using creativity to inspire scalable care and personal growth.

I’ve led in roles spanning global corporations and grassroots nonprofits — from Senior Marketing Manager at Amazon, Marketing Director at Seattle’s legacy Black arts institutions, and Senior Brand Manager at jcoco Chocolate, to CEO of premium production agency Heye Frequency and Founder of multiple ventures across design, media, and tech. My work shapes brand ecosystems for people-driven companies, arts and culture cornerstones, and independent creators alike, with honesty and imagination weaved throughout.
