3 Steps to Your Signature Look

Once you've booked your service and completed the service agreement below, you'll receive an in-depth questionnaire to help me get to know your personal style, lifestyle, public image goals, and creative aspirations. After submitting your responses, we'll schedule a 45-minute virtual consultation to discuss your vision in greater detail and talk through any questions you have for me.

I'll translate everything I've learned about you into a custom digital style guide, complete with a personalized vision board and recommendations for your wardrobe, color palette, beauty, grooming, and personal brand imagery. You'll also receive three curated styling concepts for key occasions tailored to your lifestyle and professional needs, giving you tangible inspiration for bringing your signature look to life.

Alongside your digital style guide, you'll receive a personalized 3–5 minute audio creative brief where I'll walk you through my vision, explain the thinking behind my recommendations, and share tips for putting them into practice. Both resources are yours to revisit and share with your stylist or creative team as your image evolves.

I specialize in working with public-facing talent and leaders, including entertainers, creators, speakers, authors, founders, and executives who want their personal image to reflect their professional identity and ambitions.
Whether you're preparing for the stage, the screen, or simply to be seen, this experience is designed to help you develop a more intentional and recognizable visual identity. You don't need to be a public figure to work with me, but my approach is especially valuable for people whose personal presentation plays a role in their brand.

The Signature Look Treatment is a creative direction service, not a personal shopping service. Your Key Occasion Lookbook will include three curated styling concepts featuring references to real garments, accessories, and wardrobe pieces, with shopping links where available.
However, I do not purchase garments, coordinate fittings, arrange tailoring, or provide hands-on wardrobe styling as part of this package.
Think of your creative direction guide as a visual roadmap that you can use independently or share with your personal stylist, beauty professionals, brand manager, or creative team to bring your signature look to life.

Your custom, multi-page guide is designed to serve as a comprehensive reference for your evolving personal image. It includes:
Personal Style Directive: A written summary of your signature aesthetic, the visual story we're telling, and how it aligns with your goals.
Custom Vision Board: Curated imagery, colors, textures, and visual references that establish your overall creative direction.
Style & Beauty Recommendations: Guidance for wardrobe, color palettes, accessories, hair, beauty, and grooming.
Personal Brand Art Direction: Recommendations for how your signature image should translate across headshots, editorial photography, social media content, websites, and other public-facing brand imagery.
Key Occasion Lookbook: Three curated styling concepts tailored to important occasions and scenarios in your professional or personal life.
You'll also receive a personalized recorded audio creative brief explaining my choices and strategic recommendations.

Final Style Guides, Lookbooks, and recorded audio creative briefs are typically delivered within 10–14 days following your virtual consultation.
After booking and signing your service agreement, you'll receive your Personal Style Assessment questionnaire. Once you've submitted your responses, you'll be invited to schedule your 45-minute virtual consultation.
Following our call, your project will enter my creative production queue. Because each treatment is developed personally by me, bookings are intentionally limited to ensure every client receives thoughtful, individualized, and timely attention.

The Signature Look Treatment is intentionally designed as a done-for-you creative consulting experience, rather than an ongoing collaborative styling engagement.
Your initial questionnaire and 30-minute virtual consultation are our opportunities to explore your preferences, discuss your goals, and clarify the creative direction before I begin developing your treatment.
Once your final guide and recorded consultation are delivered, the engagement is complete and revisions are not included.
If you're seeking a more collaborative experience with ongoing feedback, creative development, or hands-on support, I encourage you to explore my Visual Strategy & Art Direction or Fractional Creative Director services.

Because Signature Look Treatments are offered in limited quantities, every booking includes a $275 non-refundable reservation deposit to secure your spot.
If you decide to cancel within 30 days of your purchase and before completing your one-on-one virtual consultation, you're eligible for a refund of all payments made, minus the $275 deposit. This applies whether you've paid in full or selected a payment plan.
Once your virtual consultation has been completed, the service becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
You have up to 90 days from your original purchase date to schedule your consultation. If you fail to schedule within that period, your booking will expire and all payments made will be forfeited.
I understand that schedules change! You're welcome to reschedule your consultation up to two times at no additional cost. A third reschedule will incur a $100 fee.
My Commitment to You
If I'm unable to fulfill your Signature Look Treatment or must cancel your service for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of all payments made, including your reservation deposit.
